There’s nothing like a dance class high, but what’s equally important is REST DAY.
Here are a few ways to honor your sacred day of rest as a dancer:
🌿 Stretch with Intention → Not a full workout, just a few slow stretches to release tension.
🕯️ Journal Your Body → Write down how you’re feeling, what you’re proud of, what your body needs more of.
☕ Create a Ritual → Maybe it’s tea, a bath, or time in nature. Take the time and spend some time.
Rest is when our bodies integrate, heal, and grow stronger. So if you’ve been pushing nonstop, this is your gentle reminder: take a breath, slow down, and let your intuition guide you.
